Some general rules and code of conduct

Insurance

  • The property is approved by most Insurance companies
  • Each unit lessee is responsible for their own content insurance
  • With most insurance companies, your storage content will be covered by your normal insurance. However you will need to inform your insurance company.

Content

  • Anything can be stored eg. boxes, furniture, cars, caravans, sporting equipment, garden equipment
  • No illegal items, goods, products are allowed.

Payment

  • A deposit of a one month’s rent is required
  • Payments can be made in cash, Transfer or by Credit/debit card
  • Deposit refundable on giving notice of one month, or deposit will be forfeited.

Lease Agreement

  • Short and long-term contract agreements
  • You can rent for a month or as long as you need
  • We require one month’s notice.

Bring your own lock

  • We do not keep keys for the storage units.
  • Bring a secure lock and keep your keys safe.
